I had promised my husband an apple cake for his birthday, and when the day arrived we had a lot of other cakes. But I still felt I owed him a quick apple cake, so I threw together this muffin recipe https://somewhatdelicious.tumblr.com/post/654176613644271616/apple-muffins-cream-together-50gr-butter-05-dl and baked it in my electrical cake pop iron. That made it quick and easy, and off course delicious. The dough didn’t pop as much as I anticipated, so I had to fill them up a bit over the rim of the bottom to get nice rounded pops :)
