These babies do take a while, so make sure you have good time and a glass of wine to help you through :)
I started out with my pasta recipe with a few small adjustments. Then I researched wrapping techniques, with the change that I finished off by cutting the top of with scissors to make them look better and also to not get the filling/dough ratio all out of whack.
Gyoza sheets
1 dl rice flour
1 dl sorghum flour
1 dl tapioca flour
1 tbsp psyllium husk
4 dl hot water
Mix the dry ingredients and add the water, mix toroughly.
Bake out in thin rounds, and add the filling.
Filling
10 small Radish
1 small bunch of Spring onions
1 small can of bamboo shots
Or whatever you prefer :)
